On Loftaleden at Stångerör, with a magical view of Gudingen and the Tjust archipelago, stands the third windbreak built in connection with the architectural festival Arknat in Västervik 2023. The windbreak has been named Ark.
Work started in connection with the festival in June 2023, but the inaccessibility of the site and other difficulties meant that construction had to be postponed. In September, students gathered again to complete the construction of the unique shelter and on Tuesday, September 26, the Ark shelter was finally inaugurated.
