**Ryvenäsleden is 4 kilometers long and runs from Överum towards Ryvenäs in a partly wooded and hilly terrain along the shore of Lake Ryven.

The trail starts at the road to Björka and runs along Lake Ryven and is 4 kilometers long. At the crest of "Haks backe" it turns off towards Ryvenäs. The place is popularly known as "Kuttens kast" and a robbery murder took place here in 1855. In order to protect themselves against the dreaded mara, everyone who passed by was offered a stone or a stick. Over time, a pile of rice grew up here, which was called "Kuttens kast".

The trail then continues towards Bäckebo stables and over Pinaberget, one of the seven hills found in Överum, and then runs along the shore of Lake Ryven to a footbridge, which is located at Mount Snarklint.

After the bridge you walk towards Petersborg, which is now a summer residence. You then pass Lerängen, so called because clay was brought here for the Ryvenäs brickworks. Remains of this can be seen below the farm, if you look carefully.

The Ryvenäs farm has belonged to Överum's mill since the 1700s. Today, the farm is run as a foundation and the buildings have been renovated. Here, associations and organizations can rent premises for conferences and parties. There are possibilities for overnight stays. Down by the beach there are good opportunities for swimming.
